When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 5-15 business days from the date your order is placed. This typically equates to about three weeks, not including weekends or holidays. Orders placed now ship beginning November 6 - you'll receive an email with tracking the moment your order is on its way. (Updated October 18, 2026)
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that delays once a package leaves our hands are outside of our control.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order details so we can make it right.
